Promo Models | Terms & Condition

By submitting your information and content to Promo Models, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. You are the exclusive and sole owner of all rights of any kind associated with any content you upload to the Sites and there are no disputes regarding their ownership.
2. You will retain all rights to all submitted content; however you grant Promo Models perpetual and irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free rights to use any image, video, photograph or likeness of you have submitted as content, as well as your name, in connection with any publicity and promotional activities.
3. You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Promo Models and its respective employees and clients, individually and collectively, including their heirs, personal representatives, officers, directors, successors and assigns, for and against all claims, demands, losses, damages, cost, judgments, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with any and all claims of third parties, whether or not groundless.
4. Any communication or material you post or submit to the Service and the Sites of Promo Models is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. You assume full responsibility for anything you post or submit, and you grant Promo Models the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any information or content you post or transmit for any purpose.
5. You may be contacted by Promo Models as well as receive emails regarding system updates or problems. Promo Models reserves the right to email members; however, Promo Models does not sell personal information to outside parties.
6. Promo Models does not support bandwidth theft, the linking of images from the Sites of Promo Models to other sites, or the misuse of links from other sites to the Sites of Promo Models. Anyone found linking images from the Sites of Promo Models to other sites, copying content from the Sites of Promo Models, or inappropriately linking to the Sites of Promo Models (to artificially raise page views etc.) will result in permanent termination from the Sites of Promo Models without notification and may necessitate the notification of the appropriate State and/or Federal authorities.
7. Promo Models is not intended for users under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13 do not submit a portfolio or any personal information.
8. Promo Models has a stated policy regarding the posting of images known as our Rated PG Policy. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the removal of the images, and the disablement of your member profile. Promo Models reserves the right to remove any image without given notice or reason.
9. Promo Models does not guarantee any level of job offers or income from use of the Service and the Sites of Promo Models
10. Promo Models shall not be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of your access or use of, or your inability to access or use, the Service and the Sites and the information available on the Service and the Sites or arising out of any action taken in response to or as a result of any information available on the Service and the Sites. You hereby waive any and all claims against Promo Models out of your use of the Service and the Sites and the information available thereon.
11. These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service and the Sites of Promo Models shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada. By your usage of, or your submission to, the Service and the Sites constitutes your agreement to, but not limited to, the current Terms & Conditions.
12. Promo Models reserves the right to change and modify these usage rules as appropriate and without notice.
13. Violation of these Terms & Conditions will cause your member profile to be terminated without notice.
